Hi, hello, and a sprinkle of storybook magic to you! ✨

I’m Carlee Knox—a South Australian teacher, author, mum, and creator of Foxy Knox Press. For the past 15 years, I’ve worked in schools in all sorts of roles, but if you were looking for me, chances are I was happily tucked away in the library, or dramatically reading aloud and doing far too many character voices in a classroom (zero regrets).

Somewhere between being a Mum, turning pages and giggling with students, I was eating breakfast when my eldest son, Oscar, was devastated as he had lost his beloved Bunny. This is where the inspiration for ‘Where Could Bunny Be?’, came from and just like that, a new adventure began!

At home, I have a very supportive Husband- Dave and two wonderful little humans who remind me daily just how magical books can be. Watching their love of reading grow has been one of my greatest joys—right up there with spending time with family and friends, sharing laughs, and sneaking in a good fantasy tale (my absolute favourite kind!).

I believe children’s books should be full of wonder, a dash of mischief, and a whole lot of heart. They can whisk us off to fantastical places, introduce us to unforgettable characters, and—quite magically—help little people make sense of big feelings.

So here’s to stories that sparkle, adventures that linger, and grow a life-long love of reading, one page at a time.
